This software tool can help you split and combine PDF documents.
AxpertSoft PDF Merge Split 1.2.5 software can combine multiple PDF files together. It will help you split PDFs into multiple parts. This tool can split or combine specific page ranges rather than the complete document. The tool saves the resultant PDF at user defined location. When saving the files, they can be renamed using macros. It is compatible with Windows 7. If required, the tool can combine thousands of documents; there are no basic limitations. This tool can be used to remove specific pages from document(s). Splitting could be done by page numbers, maximum number of pages in the split piece and file size. This has a simple interface and is quite intuitive. Most users would be able to get productive very quickly. The controls are also well laid out. Users will be able to figure out what to do and how to do it.
The interface has a wizard that takes a user through the required steps. The complete process is just a simple 4 step one. Files can be split into equal pieces of a specified size. For example, you could split a 500 KB file into two pieces of 250 KB each. It is compatible with Windows XP, Vista and 7. The trial version produces documents with watermarks on the pages. This is a good product and has many useful features. If you have a need, here is a good candidate for trying out.
